The residents of Sea Ranch Lakes feel a real sense of community. Each time you pass through the lovely gatehouse and enter the unique streets of Sea Ranch, you enjoy a feeling of serenity. From the friendly police officers and aides, to the City Clerk, to the Beach Club Manager and employees, everyone is warm and welcoming.
With only approximately 200 homes, everyone knows the “Sea Ranch wave” as you pass in the street. It is a testament to the neighborhood that after almost 60 years there are still original owners and now children of original owners that live here. The traditions continue, as well, with old fashioned parades and cookouts for many holidays!
