Working with Veroushka made a seemingly daunting and overwhelming process fairly painless and stress-free and that's after the first home we were under contract on fell through. She gave me the white glove treatment and made herself available via phone or text and whenever I had questions was quick to provide answers. Veroushka knows the East Fort Lauderdale market exceedingly well and was able to find the perfect home that checked all the boxes I provided her with - the second (and final) time I went under contract, the house she found hadn't even been on the market for a full week and pictures had yet to be posted to the usual sites you're probably tired of trolling by now - we made an offer that night. Do yourself a favor and at least call or email Veroushka if you're trying to sort through the thousands of realtors in South Florida. Once under contract, she worked diligently and quickly to call on her network of knowledgeable inspectors, contractors, etc. to make sure the house was in good order and I feel did everything in her power to get me the best deal possible. The closing process went smoothly and I had keys in-hand to my dream home in about a month. I can't thank and recommend Veroushka enough for your home buying or selling needs!
